Several momentum-space OBEP´s together with the three-dimensional equations are constructed to reproduce the nuclear phase shifts up to 350 MeV, the two-nucleon low energy data and the deuteron properties. The influence of different OBEP′s and equations is discussed. The relativistic effects incorporated with meson retardation and relativistic kinematical correction of the nucleon motion on the two-nucleon and nuclear matter systems are investigated quantitatively. Such effects are absorbed by changing the OBEP parameters in the two-nucleon system, but found to decrease in the density under the value (B・E / A=14.1 MeV; k_F=1.59 fm^<-1>) obtained for the nonrelativistic framework.
