Eigenvalue Condition for the Weinberg Angle and Possible New Leptons and Quarks

In a given SU(2)×U(1) gauge model of the weak and electro-magnetic interactions, if one assumes that an eigenvalue condition exists for the mixing (Weinberg) angle, then its value can be computed in lowest-order perturbation theory. This idea is illustrated with several examples, including two which are in agreement with all the present available data.
