A model of the baryon composed of three fundamental triplets (q) which move independently in an effective potential is adopted. The wave function of the baryon is prepared in a way similar to the case of interpreting the mass levels of baryons. The strong decay probability of all baryon resonances is calculated under the above model and the result is compared with the observed one by assuming both a static q^^-qφ-interaction (φ is an octet ps-meson) and no exchange current. The possibilities of assigning the low lying resonance levels to a unitary multiplet different from ours are also discussed.
