The sixth order diagrams for the Compton scattering of a massless vector photon by a scalar nucleon are evaluated in the large t limit. The leading term in t for the largest invariant amplitude is found to be ln^2t compared to ln^2t for the case of scattering of a finite mass photon. The same situation also holds for other smaller invariant amplitudes, that is, the magnitude in the large t limit increases by a factor lnt or ln^2t if we put the photon mass zero. The Regge behavior in this case is discussed in detail.
