The conservation law of axial vector in the β-decay is investigated in the system of the pion-nucleon interacting through ps(ps) and ps(pυ) couplings together. The system necessarily contains other types of boson beside the pion-field in order to realize the conservation law in a limit of pion mass zero. Three new bosons, scalar (iso-scalar), vector (iso-vector) and pseudo-vector (iso-vector) bosons, are at least necessary. The meaning of their coexistence is discussed from the theory of composite model.
