We study supersymmetric quantum mechanics on SO(4) to examine Witten's approach concretely. We extract reflection symmetries of the theory. Using these reflection symmetries, we analyze transition amplitudes between adjacent approximate vacuums and select true vacuums For each couple of left approximate vacuums, we exhibit a pair of instanton solutions which gives a non-zero contribution to the transition amplitude. Our result is in agreement with de Rham cobomology of SO(4), and our description can he easily generalized to S0(n).
