A Comment on the p-n Mass Difference

The p-n mass difference is investigated as a function of the strong interaction renormalization constant of the nucleon, Z, in the simple model introduced by one of the present authors (T. M). It is shown that the correct sign of the mass difference can be obtained for sufficiently small positive Z.
