An attempt is made to forbid the unwanted processes involving leptons by assuming the conservation law of lepton number and that of neutrino charge. To do this, suitable assignment of these quantum numbers to each lepton is necessary in addition to the assumption of the existence of two kinds of neutrinos (a right circularly polarized neutrino and a left polarized neutrino). The neutrinoless lepton processes are successfully forbidden, except for the lepton pair processes, and the theoretical predictions for π-μ-e-decay and the β-decay agree well with experiment. In the π-μ-e-decay and the β-decay, the vector and axial vector couplings are preferable if the interaction Hamiltonians are written in the form of charge exchange theory. The other sort of unwanted processes than neutrinoless ones, π→e+ν and π→e+ν+γ, are relatively (or dynamically) forbidden from the view-point of the universal Fermi interaction.
