• We construct a unified model of strong, weak and electromagnetic interactions. It is an SU_S(2)_L⨂SU_S(2)_R⨂SU_W(2)_L⨂U_w(1)_R model. We discuss the mechanism of spontaneous breakdown of this model down to U_Q(1). The model offers an opportunity of obtaining symmetry-breaking solutions without the introduction of any mass term in the original Lagrangian. We discuss other interesting features of the model.
