A scaling property is derived using the φ^3 field theory based on the C. Y. Y. ladder model. We restrict ourselves to the region w≫1/ε', that is a large w throughout the present paper, and calculate the ladder amplitudes up to sixth order in coupling constants. We demonstrate that the scaling law comes from the fragmentation of a proton and the pionization but not from the fragmentation of a virtual photon. We make an approximation that k_t^2/Q^2 is very small in the integrands of amplitudes as was done for k_t^2/s in C. Y. Y. This is just equivalent to a cutoff on the transverse momentum and leads to scaling.
