• We obtain mass formulas similar to Okubo-Gell-Mann's but in a more restricted form, based on SL(3, C). Some of the calculations based on the SU(3) symmetry can be considered from the view point of SL(3, C), and we can put relations between the different SU(3)-multiplets from each other using the Casimir invariants of SL(3, C). As examples, the mass formulas and electromagnetic mass splittings of hadrons are presented.
