The formalism of hyperquantization is applied to the quantum electrodynamics of a spin 3/2 field. The result is a quantized theory in which the difficulty of negative field anticommutation relations does not appear. It is explicitly demonstrated to lowest order in the perturbation expansion that the S-matrix of this theory satisfies probability conservation.
