Inelastic Electron Scattering from C^<12> and Nuclear Structure

Inelastic electron scattering from C^<12> associated with excitation of the 15.1 MeV level is theoretically investigated. Agreement of the theory with experimental data is fairly good if the nuclear wave functions which give an excellent fit to the experimental data on the muon capture in C^<12> and the beta decay of B^<12> are adopted.
