We propose sum rules which can be used for testing the scaling hypothesis and its powerlike breakdown in deep inelastic neutrino scattering. These sum rules are written in terms of the mean values of quantities determined solely by the outgoing leptons. By comparing with the latest CERN-Gargamelle data, we find that the 0th moment of a structure function is still consistent with scaling. However, the 1st moment may have a scale breaking. In order to test such scale breaking more quantitatively, experimental determination of <E^<'2>>, <v^2>, <vE^'>, etc., is highly desirable in the near future.
