• The energy spectra of heavy ion reaction products are studied in the frame of statistical theory of nuclear reactions. The predictions of the theory are compared with experimental data on the interaction of 145MeV ^<15>N with ^<232>Th. It is found that the low-energy parts of the spectra are reproduced if the radius parameter is chosen as l.2 fm. It is also found that the quality of the agreement between theory and experiment becomes worse for reactions with few-nucleon transfers.
