• Operator formalism of the closed bosonic string on orbifold with the constant antisymmetric background field B^<IJ> is discussed. It is seen that the amplitude with definite modular transformation property is given from operator formalism on the standpoint of spacegroup without any condition for B^<IJ>. It is also found that the algebra of the operator of spacegroup has cocycle factor.
