General Formulation of the Gravitational Lens and Analysis of the Multiple Quasar PG1115+080 : Astrophysics and Relativity

General formulations of gravitational lens effects and their applications to the multiple quasar PG1115+080 are presented. We find that the time delays between images are ≒ 150 days and the total mass M_G of the lensing galaxy ≒ 10^<11>M_<⦿>, provided that the deceleration parameter q_0 is 0.5 and the Hubble constant H_0=100[km/sMpc].
