Effect of Finite Quark Masses on the Superdense Quarkion Configurations

• Phase transition between neutron matter and quark matter is considered by taking account of the finite masses of the constituent quarks. The transition pressures and densities obtained are compared with those for the case of massless quarks. However, the transition densities so obtained are still much higher than the maxium stable certral density limits of neutron stars.
