Inelastic and finite-width effects to the ρ-meson propagator are studied in the framework of the Gounaris-Sakurai and Renard approxination of many channel N/D method. For the ρ-meson, the finite-width factor is substantially modified by the A_1π closed channel essentially due to the large Γ_<ρ→2π>, the large ρA_1π coupling and the S-wave behaviour of ρ→A_1π process. By using the recently reported experimental data on the process ρ^-→π^-γ, it is pointed out that the experimental ratios Γ_<ω→πγ>/Γ_<ρ→πγ> and Γ_<η'→ργ>/Γ_<η'→ωγ> are well reproduced by the vector-meson dominance model if we take account of the finite-width factor.
