First a general expression for an eigenstate ∣t> of the time operator T defined by the commutation relation [T,H]=ih is given in terms of the eigenvectors of the Hamiltonian H. Then the time opeator itself is constructed as T=∫dt t|t><t|. When a conpound state corresponding to transitions is introduced, it leads derectly to the time-energy uncertainty relationship formulated previously by the same author.
