• The coupling parameter λ=g^2/(4π)^2 for the ladder approximation spinor-spinor Bethe-Salpeter equation describing bound states is shown subject to certain assumptions to depend on E^2 and on the square of the mass-difference between the spinors. Normalisation of bound-state amplitudes is also briefly examined.
