The expression for the non-linear excess current at temperatures above the superconducting transition temperature T_c obtained phenomenologically by A. Schmid is derived in a systematic method from the microscopic basic equations of Tsuzuki. The method is applied to the derivation of the nonlinear excess current of thin films slightly below T_c Which was obtained first phenomenologically by the author and thus the phenomenological assumptions made in a previous work are justified. The lower bound of the temperature region for the validity is determined by a microscopic consideration.
