• Magnetic dipole moments and E2・Ml transition rates are predicted on the basis states including the explicit 0f_<7/2&t;-core excitation ; (1p) +(2p-1h) for ^<57>Ni and (1h)+(1p-2h) for ^<55>Co. Main observed trends can be reproduced in the model space, though the additional effective charge 1.0e is necessary.
