Constraints of local duality on single hadron electroproduction processes are studied. In particular, formulated in the form of finite mass sum rules, local duality proves to impose strong constraints on the behaviour of current-Reggeon-resonance vertices. An explicit model of local duality is used for analysing the single hadron inclusive electroproduction processes.
