We give a cosmological spinning multi-`black-hole' solution in the Einstein-Maxwelldilaton-axion theory with a positive cosmological constant. This solution is the cosmological dilatonic Israel-Wilson-Perjes solution and describes the collision of several spinning `black-holes'.
