• Some difficulties are pointed out for the models of exotic primary cosmic rays introduced to get rid of the difficulty of the cutoff at ∿10^<20> eV in the spectrum of primary cosmic rays. In place of these models, urbaryons are considered as primary cosmic rays of ultra-high energies.
