A fully Relativistic Hartree-Bogoliubov (RHB) theory is applied in the description of ground state properties of finite nuclei. The NL3 parameter set is used for the effective mean-field Lagrangian, and pairing correlations are described by a phenomenological relativistic one-meson interaction. Fully self-consistent RHB solutions are calculated for Sn and Ni isotopes. Binding energies, two-neutron separation energies are compared with experimental data and other relativistic calculations performed by using the Gogny force DSA1 in the pp-channel. Relativistic effects induced by the relativistic pairing interaction are discussed.
