Dietary habits a grasp by structure of menu and eat out in household with elderly, attempted to analyz by household make-up and age. The result obtained as follows. "Meal pattern a sound contrary to general expectation" 1) Health condition and Dietary life The most part were morbidity in diet-related diseases. These disease was enumerate, cerebral infarction, ulcer of digestive system, anamnesis of cancer, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease osteoporosis. The another was lung by tuberculosis, rheumatic, kinder the function in daily life. 2) Family make-up and dietary life Dietary life is vary by family make-up in the elderly. The often contribute existence of spouse, optimum dietary intake, particularly in men. The most good dietary intake is household husband and wife, next household is number generation living with, most inferior is one-person household by result of survey in various kinds. Family household was good dietary intake better than one-person household by results of this time survey, but cannot easy group by family make-up, because in the case family relation ship is danger, it has a influence on life at large, sure without exception in food life.
