Abstract In my late paper " A fundamental Research on a profound meaning creation process of general language (1) " , I considered some language philosophical problems on historical approaches about meaning and so made overtures that these problems would be solved as language creation models and philosophical considerations. On this rest on the basis of considerations, I described next paper (2), as a following paper. Then, I described detail processes as a proposal models. I enunciate propositions that other models in contradiction to before models in my paper (3) described as some new mental processes and debated on models as meaning creation process of general languages, on the existence and relationals. Relations continued information from existence as a meaning construction relocationals with general languages. In this paper, I considered more development progress on predisposition of a mental state and pragmatic approaches.
