A case of Anorexia nervosa with amenorrhea for 16 years is reported. The patient was born in 1930 and her catamenia in 1944(14 years old). In 1953(23 years old) she complained of anorexia, loss of weight and amenorrhea. She visited to many doctors. In 1960(30 years old) she was suffured from serum hepatitis and damping syndrome after gastorectomy. In 1967(37 years old) she visited to our hospital and she was treated with Estrogen-Progesterone cyclic therapy and psychological interviews every two weeks. I found her complains would be caused by the psychological conflict. When she was in hospital her weight was 36 kg. I treated her with hunger therapy and Yoga breathing. She could return to the social life and in 1969(39 years old) her menses came. In 1972 now it comes regularly and her weight is 41 kg.
