• The present report summarizes the studies of the patients, each of whom has shown psychosis with tuberculosis. From our experiences for past three years. We conclued that they showed the same specific psychological tendency as was reported by Okada, this tendency was carried in directly or created a specific atomosphere in the ward.Although a number of reports have been done about the psychological factors concerning the onset and the aggravation of the tuberculosis, we confirmed that the somatic course of the illness was connected with the mental conditions and vise versa. In general, these psycho-somatic correlations were proportional to the severity of the illness.Through the above mentioned consideration, we are the opinion that psychosomatic observations are important for nursing and therapy of the patients who have fallen in psycosis combined with tuberculosis.
