湿疹に対する行動療法的接近の1症例

• A patient with eczema chronicum, 30 year old, woman, have been treated at dermatology but she could not get effect at all, because of her tendency to hurt herself by an imperative idea and behavior. Author treated her on the base of behavioral therapy by the theory of Eysench et al. Author used electrostimulator (Nihon Koden MTS-1 type) for a treatment. The patient was set electrode on her right forearm and was increased electric current during she images "I feel like itching and I want to scratch an itchy spot". And then the electric current was stopped at the time of her crying "I became calm down" without enduring of electrostimulation (the maximum volume ; I mA at a direct current). Motivation was made one session a day, fifteen times of a session. And the patient was treated at dermatology paralleled with electrostimulation. Then, eczema was recovered eighteen weeks later and she did not aggravated afterward.
