The human brain and the community share a mutually homologous system. To go straight to the point, this implies that human beings can be described as possessing "two brains", one interior to and one exterior to the body, or from a different point of view, that humans have, as it were, "two communities". From this there will inevitably proceed the ideas that "We can know the contents of the human brain if we study the community" and vice versa "If we create a community based on the design of the brain, the result will be a society in which mankind can live most comfortably". To date, research on the human brain has been carried out in such domains of natural science as medicine and physiology. However these boundaries should be removed. Then what has led to the idea that the human brain and the community share a mutually homologous system? It is (A) because all the various factors which constitute the essence of human beings exist in both the human brain and in the community, as was established before this century, namely 1) using language and creating a culture 2) working with their hand using tools 3) creating a historical society and 4) creating and believing in a supreme being. Now, (B) the human brain is a "complex system", and the language, which emerged from this brain is also a "complex system". Human beings communicate with each other using language, and the community will be formed within the range of and based on verbal communication. In fact, the community is a "complex system". From this point of view, the human brain and community share the same system. What is it that enables human being to live and lead their lives in the way human beings should? It is because human beings have a "brain" in which they foster all those desires conducive to their living to the full the lives they are meant to lead. Further more, at the same time, it is only because human beings live in a community whether called family, rural society, urban society, national society and even world society, that these desires can be fulfilled. The above "theory" can also of course be derived from "facts or data".
