Additional pieces of evidence for setting up the special mora /∿/ in Japanese phonology are presented, and its distribution is examined. Words containing the character "-" in their written forms are shown to have the mora in their phonological forms. Reverse reading of words is employed in finding out the words containing the mora. It is also shown that morpheme boundaries might contribute to creating phonetic differences in the words made of the same morae and perceiving phonological differences in those words.
