Vacuum devices are possible to motion for resisted-radiation, and bad environment. But semi-conductor cannot be correspondence to these environment. According to these respect are looked again vacuum device. Vacuum micro electronics realize high efficiency device, Flat Panel Display, and high response device. These high efficiency device are need of developed micro vacuum field effect device. Our research is as to Field Emitter Array (FEA) and MOS tunneling cathode with tunnel effect, production methods, field emitter mechanism, and as to future problem.
