Japanese management has been given attentioned to recent times. And at the same time Taylorism has been talked about. Because it may be said the best way to work in order to elevate the efficiency of labour. The way of working without waste. Now Weber called such a way of working "the spirit of capitalism" in his famous writing. He said that the protestantism contributed to the making of the spirit and ultimately the modern capitlism. In short the ethic of protestantism broke through the traditionalism. But how did Taylor think about religion? I feel nothing about it. Instead he pointed "Scientific management". That is he was going to stop soldiering by means of the management. In this case we come to the next problems ; investigations of the relations between soldiering and traditionalism, scientific management and the ethic of protestantism.
