A general theory of the dielectric constant of ionic crystals, which has been proposed in the previous paper, is extended so as to treat more complicated cases. The energy change due to the polarization in ionic crystals is expressed in bilinear form and their coefficients are expressed by the function of observable quantities; two dielectric constants κ and κ_0, and frequency of the residual ray and others. Using this formalism it is possible to derive several important relations concerning the dielectric properties of ionic crystals.
