Spatial harmonic properties of SAW single-and double-electrode arrays on a piezoelertric surface are described by several circuit models, by matching their circuit dispersion relations with those obtained from the field analysis in the previous papers. Their circuit parameters are expressed in terms of metallization ratio. A "mixed circuit" model is employed to overtone operations of SAW IDT and reflector consisting of each array, and a simpler "mismatched transmission-line" model to the SAW reflector only. Even harmonic operations of the single-electrode array have been theoretically found to give a strong SAW reflection and have been modeled on "shunt susceptance transmission-line" model. A brief discussion is given on mode conversion between SAW and bulk modes at the spatial harmonics of both the arrays.
