The temperature dependence of the effective charge and short range interaction parameter in CuBr and CuI are reported. In the temperature range 75K < T < 300K, the short range interaction parameter of both materials decrease with the increase of temperature. The effective charge behaves differently. The effective charge in CuI decreases monotonously with the increase of temperature. On the other hand, in CuBr the effective charge increases with T in the range 5K < T < 250K and decreases for T > 250K. A brief discussion about the relationship between the effective charge and a mechanism of ion transport in superionic materials is also given.本論文では、まず最初に、筆者が提案しているイオン伝導機構の概要を紹介する。次いで、超イオン導電物質であるCuBrとCuIの、有効電荷と短距離相互作用パラメータの温度依存性について述べる。
