I examined one of the typical techniques of a decision-making AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) in this paper, and it aims at the elucidation of that way of improving with the problem of AHP. There is a problem that it is being decided subjectively or statistically but the mutual relevance of the evaluation measure is hardly being taken into consideration in the evaluation measure which in fluences a final objective of AHP. I propose introducing the structured technique of ISM in AHP for solving this problem because the mutual relevance of the evaluation measure may be considered as a problem of hierarchy. Compared with the calculation result of AHP, the validity of a new method of AHP after the ISM introduction was explained with the decision problem of the enterprise of the customer selection in this paper.
