The superconducting transition of single crystal Nb_3Ge was measured by using a precise micromanipulating equipment and SEM with a cold stage. The gram size of the largest crystal is more than 10 μm. The superconducting transition width of one crystal is less than 0.2 K. On the other hand, when the distance between two potential probes was 2.3 mm, the transition curve was not sharp and was a complicated one. The shorter the distance between two potential microprobes, the narrower the superconducting transition width.
