In the previous paper, a trial production of a negative resistor was reported and its voltage-current characteristics (i = g_1v-g_3v_3-g_5v_5v^5) partly included broken straight lines and consequently could not have a very good approximation between measured and theoretical values. The new paper reports two improvements on the above point and on the way easily to varry the parameter α^2 = 9g^2_3/5g_1g_5 which plays an important part in the hard oscillation.
