The purpose of this paper is to examine some critical points of the training system for educating teaching specialists. In the first place, we inquired into the nursery teachers' images (or nursery nurses' images) owned by learners. In the second place, we made it clear that learners' experience in nursery school changes image of teachers (or nurses). From the viewpoints of Legitimate Peripheral Participation Theory (LPP Theory), we may say that the change reflects learners' trajectories of learning. We should not overlook that viewpoint. Because we want to establish a course for training that trains learners as teaching specialists. Thus, it is important that learner changes his/her image having teaching experience at school. As LPP supposes, we need to change the method of teaching to the learners, reflecting the images owned by learners. As a result of this study, we recognize the importance of having a pre-guidance and post-guidance for teaching practice at nursery school.
