Activation of economy is the most essential issue under the depressive circumstances of the advanced countries. Especially in Japan, after the collapse of it's myth of the Economic Great Power based on the mass production, innovative huge industries are suffering from bankruptcy or merger by bigger enterprises, eventually bringing about much unemployment and social uneasiness. To break down the kaos and activate the economy, it is urgently required that many new Venture Enterprises may emerge in various fields surpassing the diminishing enterprises in number, under the close cooperation of research and development facilities among Entrepreneurs, University, and Government Institutes. The captioned Academic Society was established quite recently by the efforts of Dr.T.Kiyonari, president of the Hosei University, mobilizing prominent Enterprises, Universities and Government Authorities, in order to combine the new technologies and patents with the financial supports by the "Angels" or Government incentive methods. Thus employment may be created and the structure of the economy will be strengthened.
