4 years have passed since I came to teach the class of Management at this newly established Department of Business Administration. In the class activities, I put aim not at the education of "memorizing" but at that of "thinking". In this thesis, I deal with the factors of this education aim from the 4 viewpoints, that is, the purpose of both UTC and its education, the characteristic of Management and the present environment of enterprises.
