The purpose of this paper is to develope an education system for individual education in information processing. Based on the data which were collected from Kure Women's College during the period 1990 to 1993, we analyzed the relationship between success-rate in the test of information processing/the test of word processing and the explanatory factors such as an aptitude test score for programmer, an establishment of high school, a course of high school, and the studies course of the department of managerial information science, Kure Women's College using multiple logistic model, and estimated success-rate in each test for individual student. We are going to apply this system for optimizing way of individul education in information processing.
