Yamamoto's practice ""8 seconds running"", ""Long-distance running with a repeating point"" and ""Broadjump with a aiming target"" are known practices in the field of Japanese physical education. This study takes up these Yamamoto's practices and trys to clarify the constructive principles. The purpose of this study is to clarify the interrerationship among three practices and the principles for recomposition, to consider ""maximum power"" in case of using ""play with all one's might"" and to consider ""Game, Contest and Competition in sports"" from the viewpoint of educational competition. From the consideration in this study, I could get the following conclusion. 1) In the learning of sports-competition, we can compose various practical methods from the viewpoint which we wish to set. 2) We should consider the meaning ""play with all one's might"" without the meaning only in physiological and physical maximum power. 3) If we wish to have more educational effect in the learning of sports-competition, the methods of competition should be recomposed as a educational competition.
