企業倫理研究のための予備的考察 : 薬害エイズ事件を中心にして

It has been said that there are much medicine harms in Japan. The people concerned with the medical treatment and journalists have advanced research on the medicine harm. But, medicine harm is a very important problem for the enterprise management, too. The purpose of this study is to examine medicine harm from the point of view of the business ethics. This research makes "Yakugai AIDS" a main theme. It became a big topic as a serious social problem. In this paper, the outline of the "Yakugai AIDS" is argued first, and next the factor which made it formed is examined. At the end, some subjects to realize business ethics for a medicine manufacturing enterprise are proposed.
