What adult education studies can do for the liberation of people with disabilities is to argue about what is the best condition in which people can make better efforts for the liberation. Three stages of process are required for this argument. First of all, we have to identify what the discrimination on people with disabilities is. Secondly, structual understanding of the discrimination is quite inevitable. And at last, we must find out the way we struggle with the structure which make the discrimination possible. This article tries to establish the foundation of such argument above.
