• This paper attempts to describe the development process of the English Shower Program at TamaUniversity. It begins with a general description of the program background and the new curriculum. It then moves on to an evaluation of the first year of program implementation. It is followed by the description of the revision made for the second year of the program based on the first year evaluation of the program.Finally, it concludes with a presentation of future directions.
